Our Founder has been a watch collector for over 25 years, while working as Chief Development Officer in the nonprofit industry, raising over $200 Million for the organizations he has served. Our Founder’s passion for watches, and for helping people have led to the creation of Nicasio & Co., which lies at the intersection of his passion for horology and for community service. Doing well by doing good is our mantra.

Aside from his nearly 25 years of service in the non-profit industry, our Founder was deeply impacted by the lack of assistance shown to his native Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. The impact of this hurricane is still being felt, while his familial hometown Yabucoa is still recovering after being without electricity for over a year after the hurricane. Given our Founder’s nature in nonprofit development, and the suffering faced on his family’s birthplace, Nicasio & Co. has committed to creating a corporate foundation that will provide funding to boots on the ground nonprofits by investing 10% of all sales into the foundation.
